Curtis Investments will partner with D.C.-based developer Four Points to create a mixed-use real estate development along Martin Luther King Jr Ave between U and Chicago Sts. The development will have neighborhood serving retail (restaurants, cafes, soft goods retailers, with hopefully the inclusion of a grocery store and a movie theater), new housing (both for sale and rental), office buildings to add jobs and spending power to the neighborhood, and up to 1000 underground parking spaces.
This exciting development is currently in the planning stage. We are still a long way from groundbreaking on this project, and a lot of work is left to be done, but we are committed to making it happen. When complete, it will help to transform the neighborhood that was home for us in the beginning. Look back at this space periodically to learn about updates.
